Does any of this ring a bell?
You’re a chronic over-doer and find it hard to say no. You work late at night and early in the morning trying to get it all done.
You constantly feel guilty that you’re letting someone down: kids, partner, parents, boss, teammates.
You second guess yourself and worry that you’re not doing a good enough job.
Constant stress has led you to get stuck in bad habits and self-care is nowhere on your epic to-do list.
You’re working in a high-stress, under-resourced environment. You feel like you can't stop as there's too much important work to do.
Don’t wait until you burn out to make changes.
It doesn’t have to be so hard!
Your transformation inside The Easeful Impact Program
The Easeful Impact Program is carefully designed for women in the non-profit sector taking into account the environment you work in, where you care deeply about your mission, it’s often high-stress, you have limited resources and thus are juggling many roles within your organisation - let alone trying to be a good mum, partner, daughter and friend. By participating in the program, you will:
Let go of self-doubt and people-pleasing.
Create habits and boundaries to improve your energy & focus.
Get more meaningful work done with less time and stress.
Create habits for sustainable all-day energy.
Learn simple tools to manage stress.
Ditch the guilt and form a deeper connection with the important people in your life.
The program follows the EASE Method to help you make simple, lasting change, regardless of how busy and overwhelmed you feel. Here’s how it works:
Eliminate negative self-talk that sucks your time and peace of mind.
Assess your sources of stress and overwhelm and then create a roadmap to calm, confidence and sustainable energy.
Substitute time and energy sucking habits with positive ones
Establish simple daily routines and habits to help you thrive.

Hi, I’m Kelly,
I’m a transformational coach and change maker. Using my proven EASE Method, I help female leaders replace overwhelm, guilt and self-doubt with clarity, confidence and ease, so they can make their greatest positive impact in the world.
I’m a Director at a human rights organisation and for the past 20 years I have worked in the human rights and humanitarian sector all over the world. For the past 14 years I have held senior leadership positions. I’m also a published author.
I have worked in many high stress environments from running global campaigns to dealing with paramilitaries and illegally armed groups, and from testifying before the US Congress to work in war zones and refugee camps.
But, like many other female leaders, some of the greatest stress has come from juggling my many roles. I experienced burnout a decade ago when trying to juggle managing a global campaign, being a mum to a toddler, running a coaching business and finishing my novel. The experience led me to extensive study in meditation, mindfulness, habit formation, and subconscious reprogramming. These skills were put to the test during COVID when I went through a divorce and overnight became a single mum to two crazy young boys, all the while managing a highly demanding job and running a national campaign.
